Last updated: 19 January 2026

By purchasing tickets for nadsa concerts or using our website (nadsa.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

nadsa is a charitable music society that stages a season of concerts each year. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean nadsa and its Committee. References to “you” or “your” mean the ticketholder or website visitor.

2. Ticket Sales

2.1 Tickets are available through the channels advertised on our website, in our brochure and at our concerts.

2.2 A valid ticket is required for admission to any nadsa concert. You may be asked to show your ticket at any time during the event.

2.3 Tickets are issued subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions.

2.4 All prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Any price changes will be reflected on our website.

2.5 It is your responsibility to check your tickets at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectifiable later.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Our policy is not to offer refunds for tickets after they have been purchased but, in the event that a concert has to be cancelled, for whatever reason, a full refund will be paid.

3.2 If a concert is cancelled, we will notify ticketholders as soon as practicably possible and will publish details on our website.

3.3 Where a programme is altered by, for example, a change of performer or repertoire, such alteration does not entitle the ticketholder to a refund, although we will endeavour to notify you of any significant changes in advance.

3.4 nadsa accepts no responsibility for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by ticketholders in connection with a cancelled or altered concert.

4. Resale of Tickets

4.1 Tickets may not be resold at a price exceeding their face value.

4.2 Any ticket found to have been resold in breach of this condition may be cancelled without refund.

5. Admission and Conduct at Concerts

5.1 nadsa reserves the right to refuse admission or to require any person to leave a concert without refund if, in the reasonable opinion of the Committee or its representatives, that person:

  • is behaving in a disruptive, anti-social, or threatening manner;
  • is endangering the safety of others or of property;
  • is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of the front-of-house team.

5.3 Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off or set to silent mode during performances. Use of phones during a performance is not permitted.

5.4 Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporisers, is not permitted at concert venues.

6. Recordings and Photography

6.1 Unauthorised audio recording, video recording, and photography are prohibited during performances.

6.2 nadsa may photograph or film concerts for promotional purposes. By attending a concert, you consent to the possibility of appearing in such recordings. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of the Committee before the concert.

7. Children

7.1 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during a concert.

7.2 The supervising adult is responsible for the behaviour of any children in their care.

8. Accessibility

8.1 We are committed to making our concerts accessible to all. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

9. Liability

9.1 While nadsa takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants and attendees, nadsa accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained by any person during rehearsals, performances, or at any event organised by the Society, except where such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the Society or its Committee.

9.2 Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless nadsa, its committee members and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including legal fees, brought as a result of participants’ involvement in the Society’s activities.

10. Programme Changes

10.1 nadsa reserves the right to alter the published programme, including changes to performers, repertoire, venue, date, or time, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 We will endeavour to notify ticketholders of any changes as soon as practicably possible and will publish updates on our website.
